That is so awesome. I think Awndroo is right, I volunteer at a bird refuge center and we had one just like it a couple years ago!
You're both right! And, you didn't even need a raptor biologist.
This is basically aimed at Jon, the raptor biologist, but I am open to other opinions on what kind of hawk this is. I've narrowed it down to a hawk. Not a sparrow, not an eagle, not a duck.
